Hello! My name is Jeff Tucker and I am the inventor of Tapps-Pay and the Owner/Operator of Triple T Tire. Since 1991, my brother Keith and I have been growing our 3 store chain in Dyersburg, TN. We enjoyed moderate growth throughout the years, but knew that there was something we weren't tapping into. 

Our customers would continually call asking for "price". And often we gave the price and that customer would go on calling the next dealer. We found ourselves right in the middle of a "Price War" with other dealers all scrambling in the race to ZERO. 

We realized that we needed a new option for our customers. And not the traditional "Credit" route that most dealers take. Somehow we needed to solve the MONEY problem that our customer's were facing, without putting them thru a long and often embarrassing credit card approval process. Lastly, we needed a solution that was quick and easy for the Sales team to learn and implement. Nobody has time to fill out multiple forms for different lenders. 

So we decided to create the app that could make all this happen... ENTER TAPPS-PAY! As soon as we got the app off the ground and running, we saw IMMEDIATE results. Our customers now had a new option to pay for the new tires and repairs. Our sales team was enjoying bring a new option to a customer base that typically didn't have many to choose from. It was a WIN across the board for all. 

Then I began to realize the tremendous impact that Tapps-Pay had on my business. I began bringing in an additional $20,000 every single month. To this day the Tapps-Pay program accounts for 30% of my business.
